Anmat Technology Wins SAR 314.5 Million Saudi Energy Company Contract, Bigger Than Its Annual Revenue

Anmat Technology for Trading (Nomu: 9639) has landed a SAR 314.5 million contract from Saudi Energy Company, a single award worth more than the company brought in across all of 2025. The deal, disclosed on June 2, covers an end-user device replacement and expansion project and will be carried out through a series of purchase orders issued by the client.

For a company on the Nomu parallel market, the scale stands out. The SAR 314.5 million value (about $84 million) is larger than Anmat's entire revenue for the financial year ended December 31, 2025. A contract this size resets the revenue outlook for a firm this small.

The work will not hit the books all at once. Saudi Energy Company will issue purchase orders over the life of the project, so the financial impact lands as those orders are placed and the devices are delivered and deployed, not as a single up-front booking.

The award extends a relationship that has built up over recent months. Anmat signed a SAR 31.9 million contract with the same client in May to supply and operate video-conferencing systems, and earlier agreed a framework purchase arrangement covering further orders. The new contract is an order of magnitude larger than those earlier deals.

Anmat did not attach a fixed completion date to the disclosure, and the timing of revenue recognition will track the pace of the purchase orders. The first read on how the contract feeds through will come in the company's next quarterly results.
