Masqa Investment Sets Nomu IPO Terms: 11.11 Million Shares for a 10% Stake, Subscription Opens June 17
Masqa Investment, a Saudi real estate firm, will offer 11.11 million new shares on the Nomu parallel market, equal to 10% of its capital after listing. The qualified-investor subscription runs from June 17 to 24, 2026, with final allocation on June 28. A per-share price has not yet been set.

Masqa Investment, a Saudi real estate firm, set the terms of its Nomu listing on June 1, putting 11.11 million new shares on offer, equal to 10% of its capital after listing. The qualified-investor subscription opens June 17 and closes June 24, 2026, with final share allocation due June 28.
The offer is restricted to qualified investors, the standard route for Nomu, Saudi Arabia's parallel market for smaller companies. Each investor can subscribe for a minimum of 100 shares and a maximum of 5.55 million. Masqa has not disclosed a per-share offer price, so the total size of the raise is not yet fixed.
The earnings trend is the draw. Net profit reached SAR 57.1 million in the first nine months of 2025, about eight times the year-earlier figure. After roughly SAR 3.5 million in offering costs, the company plans to direct the proceeds toward expansion, new projects, and working capital.
Yaqeen Capital is the financial adviser and bookrunner; KLA is legal counsel.
The sale lands during an active stretch for Saudi primary markets. The book-build for Mutlaq Al-Ghowairi (MGC) on the Main Market runs in parallel, and Nomu has drawn a fresh run of small-cap offerings through 2026. For Masqa, the price set at the close of the qualified-investor book will determine both the cash raised and the implied valuation that retail-tracking investors watch when Nomu shares begin trading.
